Cookie policy

Two categories: essential cookies (always on) and analytics (only with your consent).

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device. We use a similar mechanism called localStorage for our cookie banner choice. This page explains every cookie / storage item we use and how to manage them, in line with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Essential — always on

These keep the site working. We do not need consent for them under PECR.

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. These cookies are only set after you click Accept all in the cookie banner.

Third-party widgets

If you interact with the FoodieBook reservation widget on the Beckenham page, FoodieBook may set its own cookies on its iframe. They are governed by FoodieBook's policy.

How to manage cookies

On this site: use the Manage cookies link in the footer at any time to change your choice.

In your browser: all modern browsers let you block or delete cookies via Settings → Privacy. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of this site.

To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites: install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
